Refund policy

All sales final. No returns. No Buyer’s Remorse. In case of damaged or missing merchandise, we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question within two weeks of customer receipt date and depending upon availability. We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock. To acquire a refund or exchange, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage your order number and picture of the barcode that came on the package. In case of damaged merchandise, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For all requests, please contact customer service at Sales@uniquefashionstreetwear.com.with your order number.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Each product you order is made on-demand once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste. So every order is final and we don’t accept returns and exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at   Sales@uniquefashionstreetwear.com and please consider donating or properly recycling your item(s).


DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All sales are made-to-order and are final. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply email us at Sales@uniquefashionstreetwear.com  with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at    Sales@uniquefashionstreetwear.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and  of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
